As part of the NYHELPs College Participation Agreement, please use this form to provide good faith projections of the aggregate demand from your students for fixed-rate NYHELPs Loans for the 2010-11 academic year (summer, fall, winter, spring terms combined).

By submitting this form, you: (i) provide the projected volume of NYHELPs fixed-rate loans at your institution for the 2010-11 academic year, with the understanding that this projection will be relied upon by HESC and SONYMA in sizing and allocating the tax exempt bond proceeds used to finance the NYHELPs Loans originated during this academic period; (ii) affirm that each of the representations and warranties made by you in the College Participation Agreement is true and correct; and (iii) acknowledge that this Projection Form is intended to implement and not to amend, or supersede, the College Participation Agreement and shall, in all respects, be subject to the terms and conditions of the College Participation Agreement.
