2010 Big Kahuna Triathlon
Recommitment Deadline: Monday, July 12, 2010
Final Fundraising Deadline: Thursday, August 26, 2010
Event Travel Dates: Saturday-Monday, September 11-13, 2010
Big Kahuna Triathlon: Sunday, September 12, 2010

If you are fundraising for the Big Kahuna Triathlon (as a participant, honoree, mentor, captain, or coach), Team In Training will cover the following:

• Your hotel accommodations
• Your event entry
• Your event singlet
• Your TNT Inspiration Dinner ticket 
• Your TNT Victory Celebration ticket

You will have the opportunity to purchase guest hotel accommodations ($227 for fundraisers to buy out their own hotel room, $454 for non-fundraisers), and guest tickets to the Inspiration Dinner ($33 per adult, $17 per child, age 5-12) and Victory Celebration ($33 per adult, $17 per child, age 5-12) via the online Event Weekend Arrangements form.

Recommitment Process

1) Sign and complete the Volunteer Recommitment Agreement. By signing the Recommitment Agreement, you commit to raising the fundraising minimum and are guaranteeing your place on the team. This is your pledge to continue with the program to reach your fundraising minimum. The credit card or blank check you provide will not be processed unless you have not reached your fundraising minimum at the Final Fundraising deadline of August 26, 2010.

2) Complete this online Event Weekend Arrangements form.  It's your way of telling us what activities you would like to participate in during your Event Weekend.

3) Sign and complete the Big Kahuna Race Entry and Waiver.

4) Complete a Payment Form for your Event Weekend costs.

This online form, your Recommitment Agreement, Race Entry and Waiver, and Payment Form must be submitted to LLS by Monday, July 12, 2010.  Fax, mail, or e-mail these forms to your team manager:
