This grant provides an opportunity to integrate technology into a key (mandatory, GEC, or required for major) or large (approximately 250 students or more per quarter) departmental course. Winners receive Learning Technology staff expertise (up to 200 hours) and financial resources (up to $15,000) for 12 months.

10. Provide a tentative project budget. Keep in mind the minimum 1:2 (nonLT:LT) matching obligation (e.g., if requesting the full $15,000 from LT, applicant should have at minimum $7,500 of in-kind support toward the project). Please concisely describe how funds will be spent.
In-kind support examples include faculty/staff release time, other fund sources, equipment use, and so on. LT fund use examples include faculty/staff release time, student employee pay, conference expenses, necessary software and licenses purchases, and specialized training acquisition. Further, LT funding may be used for limited hardware and peripheral purchases.
